Femme Philanthropistas


On Thursday, December 2, Maven along with Today's Chicago Woman and The Apareció Foundation will host "Angels: Female Philanthropists", the latest installment of the ever-popular "Diva Series" at JBar, 610 N. Rush, 6-9PM. This special evening will spotlight some of Chicago's philanthropic "wonder women" who, by raising money and awareness, help others to survive and succeed. Modern day Picassos, these women have turned "giving back" into a veritable art form.

Angels include:
